Decided to do um outside of the box surf and turf lmao, I know it’s a lil all over the place. But it was flash frozen , killed of all parasites / bacteria, sealed
properly. Doesn’t smell one bit of fish, very nice texture and is so clean and refreshing. (Had soy sauce on the side). I’m 20 yr old ameteur ish chef moved out alone not too long ago and started learning teaching myself to cook. So I’m in the phase of coming up with my own meals and recipes lol. But took the precautions and turned out great!

    And by made do you mean you sliced fish you bought? I wouldn’t call that making sushi personally.

    I don’t get all the hate. The presentation looks good. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, it seems random trying to be gourmet, but hey, it is making mistakes that we improve, OP didn’t seem pretentious in his responses.
